What We Can Do:
We can do almost any wig, we do however have less experience with the following:Sarah:
» Pigtails with the overlapping in the back of the base wig
» Wigs with drills
» Big wire structures
» Some OC's (DM me if you want one and we can see if it's do-able)
If you are unsure if I can or cannot do a wig, DM me!
» Wig bases made from scratch
I can still do the wigs listed above I just have little experience in those areas!
» I have the right to decline a wig commission for a character I believe is out of my skillset or that I do not want to commission.Bambs:

Cost:
Base Wig + Styling + Shipping» Base wigs typically cost $20-30 (lower quality) or $30-70 (higher quality)
(also comes with wig cap)
» Styling is based on how long the wig takes and the difficulty. Sarah's styling is $24/hr and Bambs' is $20/hr)
» Shipping is typically $20-50 (includes styrofoam wig head)

» The quote for the price of your wig is not the exact cost for the wig, the price may change depending on how long it takes for the wig to be styled. The cost typically doesn't change $20-40.»DM me on Instagram or fill out the google form for a price quote/estimate

Accessories:
I can add accessories/extras to any wig, there is just an addition cost for materials!» Glitter + $3 (includes 2 colors. For longer wigs glitter cost may increase)
» Little shapes: + $3 (snowflakes, fruits, etc. these are polyester glitter or nail art gems)
» Flowers: + $10 (comes with 2-3 types of flowers depending on size)
» Leaves: + $10 (variety of leaves available, can come with multiple types)
» String Lights: + $10 (comes with 3 strands of lights, + $5 for each additional 3. Comes in a variety of colors)
» Butterfly Clips: +$3-10 (depends on length of the wig)
Tinsel: + $5 (comes in a variety of colors)
» Pearls: +$5-10 (depends on sizes and amount)
» Ribbon/lace: Price varies depending on length of the wig, amount needed, and price of materialsOther accessories not listed can be requested.
Depending on the length/size of the wig the price mary vary.
Payment:
All payments are done through PayPal, Cashapp, or Venmo! Zelle, direct deposit, checks, and cash are not accepted.
» I will have you pay HALF of the quote upfront, then the other half before shipping (the wig will not be sent to you until the second half is paid, if you do not pay the second half you will not get a refund for the first half).
» Wigs that have been pre-styled and are selling (not commissioned) will need to be paid IN FULL in one payment.
» Unless the wig is one that I'm selling that I styled for myself or someone who canceled, you will not be able to pay IN FULL before styling.
» Even if it is a wig I have done before I cannot take one payment due to changes in shipping and material prices.
» Installment plans (paying in increments over a period of time) are not available.
Shipping:
» Shipping is typically $20-50 (includes styrofoam wig head)
» Shipping can take 2-7 days
» If you need to rush shipping it can be an extra $20-100
» International shipping is available, but is typically $50-100Shipping can be estimated at the start of the commission but the cost is not guaranteed as shipping rates fluxuate.
Time Frame:
Currently due to the volume of wigs we have, our education, and other scheduling conflicts, we're currently asking for 4-8 months for regular order wigs and 1-3 months for rush order commissions.» Deposits take 1-3 days to process before materials/base wig can be ordered
» Lower quality wig materials take 1-3 days to arrive
» Higher quality wig materials take 3-7 days to arrive
» Backorder wigs take 7-30+ days to arrive
» Styling typically takes 3-7 days to complete once started
» Despite the styling time, I ask for a month buffer in case of any problems, sicknesses, delays, family matters, etc.
» Wigs are done in order of when they are placed but rush order wigs take priority
» If you need your wig sooner, you can pay a rush fee ($10/hr of styling) that will push your wig up in the order of wigs
» Shipping takes 3-7 days to complete
» Expedited shipping takes 1-2 days (price rates vary)
Terms and Conditions:
By commissioning me you accept the following:Payment:
» You are expected to cover the cost of the wig when the commission is completed. I cannot hold onto the wig until you have the means to pay for it. Do not accept the commission until you are prepared to cover the cost. If you are unable to pay for the commission when it is completed, additional fees may be added.Cost:
» The quote for the price of your wig is not the exact cost for the wig; the price may change depending on how long it takes for the wig to be styled.
» Quotes are typically no morer than $20-40 off, but can be more or less depending on complexity or unprecidented issues.
» If it takes over an hour to plan your quote and discuss the specifics of your wig, there will be a quote fee of $10-20Returns/Refunds:
» Items cannot be returned or canceled after shipping.
» If for any reason you need to cancel your commission before it is complete, you will not be refunded for the base wig. 50% of the rest of the cost will be withheld as well.
» If the wig has already been styled, or is in the styling process, you will receive 25% of the styling charge back (due to me having already put in the work, this does not include base wig price).Ordering:
» I have the right to decline a wig commission for a character I believe is out of my skillset or that I do not want to commission.
» If you want a wig a particular way, please let me know before ordering. I make sure to ask as many questions as possible in order to understand what you want, so if the final wig isn't what you want, you are not elligible for a refund (few exceptions may apply).
» You must credit me for my work, do not try to take credit for the styling of the wig.Timeline:
» I am human, and sometimes life happens. Delays in styling are possible. The time I slot your wig is not a guaranteed time, but it guarantees you'll get a wig.In order to start a commission, you must sign off on these terms. If you do not read them and still sign off on them, that it is your own fault and not mine.
